Duties

  • Household profiling of community youth
  • Households profile report analysis
  • Household referrals
  • Drafting of referral letters
  • Tracking of cases relating to sports, arts, culture and recreation
  • Attend ward based meeting structures and ensure implementation of household profiling, i.e. community based plans to inform ‘TISH’ strategy interventions.
